An easy craft idea curated for you and your child to get creative at the comfort of your home. Inspired by the book—Happy Dreamers, here are 10 easy steps to making your very own dream catcher.
Now lets get our hands working!
Bend your craft wire into a nice loop and cut it with pliers.
Secure it with tape.
With the chosen string, begin by tying a knot around the wire. Then, wrap the strings around the wire to cover it entirely.
Finish it with another knot and cut off the excess.
With another string, tie a knot and start wrapping it around your loop to form a zig zag pattern.
Cut off the excess and complete it with a knot.
Grab your feathers and tie a strand of string at the tip of it.
Attach the feathers to your loop with a knot.
Add little puff balls for the complete look!
Lastly, attach a string through the loop.
Ta-da! The perfect little addition to your child’s bedroom for a soothing light in the dark.
