What ages can use the Me Books app?
There are no age restrictions, but our app would be perfect for children ages 2 to 9 years old.
How many books does the Me Books app have?
We have over 400 books and we'll be adding more books along the way.
How many devices can the app support at any given time?
Up to 3 compatible devices (mobile phones and tablets.)
Is an Internet connection required to use Me Books app?
The app requires Internet to download books into your own mobile device storage. Once downloaded, you can view the books offline anytime, anywhere.
Will that mean it will take up a lot of storage space in my device?
On average, each book will take up about 20MB of storage space. If you download all the books in our catalogue, you'll take up a maximum of 8GB.
What type of content does the Me Books app have?
We have books from international publishers including Oxford University Press (UK), Teacher Created Materials (USA), ELI Publishing (Italy) and WickWick (Finland); Asian publishers like Oyez!Books (Malaysia), Magicbird Publishing (Malaysia), Nanmeebooks (Thailand), and SE-ED (Thailand, and even our own originally produced works, Me Books Creations.
Content includes picture books (fiction and non-fiction), STEAM content by TCM, and levelled titles for graded reading.

Subscription and Payment
What are your subscription packages/plans?
You can choose between 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months. More details on plans here. Every subscriber gets 2 weeks on us!
How does payment work? Do I have to pay upfront?
When you choose a plan, you are locked in to a contract. But fret not! We don't do upfront payments. Instead, we'll automatically deduct from your chosen account every month throughout your payment plan (it pretty much works the same as direct debit).
What happens to my personal data and information? Am I protected?
Your privacy is our utmost concern. Your information is secured through our state-of-the-art SSL securing system and can only be accessed by our internal team through a series of layered security. Essentially, it's stored somewhere in a magical box far, far away from our eyes and the eyes of others.
Help! My app doesn’t seem to be working.
Have you turned your device on and off? Any code that’s stuck in a misbehaving state will be swept away, too.
Next, you may need to go to your device's settings and allow access to the app to access the microphone, library etc. If after all these and your app still doesn't work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be happy to help!
My device doesn’t have enough storage capacity to download more books. What can I do?
If you find yourself running out of storage space, you may have to delete some books that you aren’t reading at the moment or have already read. Unfortunately, books on the app can’t be stored in an external device.
