There are no age restrictions, but our app would be perfect for children ages 2 to 9 years old.
How many books does the Me Books app have?
We have a library that is evergrowing. Right there-there are 300 books for the incoming launch come November, and we'll be adding more books along the way.
How many devices can the app support at any given time?
Up to 3 compatible devices (mobile phones and tablets.)
Is an Internet connection required to use Me Books?
The app requires Internet to download books into your own mobile device storage. Once downloaded, you can view the books offline anytime, anywhere.
Will that mean it will take up a lot of storage space in my device?
On average, each book will take up about 20MB of storage space. If you download all the books in our catalogue, you'll take up a maximum of 8GB.
What type of content does the Me Books app have?
We have books from international publishers including Oxford University Press (UK), Teacher Created Materials (USA), ELI Publishing (Italy) and WickWick (Finland); Asian publishers like Oyez!Books (Malaysia), Magicbird Publishing (Malaysia), Nanmeebooks (Thailand), and SE-ED (Thailand, and even our own originally produced works, Me Books Creations.
Content includes picture books (fiction and non-fiction), STEAM content by TCM, and levelled titles for graded reading.

Can I check on my students’ progress?
Not right now, but we are currently developing a cloud-based management system for educators to be able to check your students' progress remotely.
When will the Me Books Theatre be delivered to my school?
Me Books Theatre will be delivered to your school within 2 weeks of confirmation.
How many sets of storytelling props will be included in Me Books Theatre?
For the first purchase, we will give out one (1) set based on one (1) storybook. We will then send you more props every 3 months.
Are there books in other languages?
At the moment, we do have some books in Malay. We, however, are also working on Siamese books and many more in the future.
Do you provide devices as part of the package?
We may be able to provide leasing for devices as part of your personalised package. Details can be discussed with our Business Development team.
What are your future plans for the app?
We're working on implementing Lexile and CEFR grading for our titles, and we're also working with universities, libraries, and other institutions to develop educational tools that will help students.

What are your subscription packages/plans for enrichment centres and schools? Is there a special package or special rate for educators?

What does an educator's package come with?
The package comes with access to the app along with professional assistance & user training for the app, a Me Books Theatre for educators, and free storytelling guides.
What happens to my personal data and information? Am I protected? Your privacy is our utmost concern. Your information is secured through our state-of-the-art SSL securing system and can only be accessed by our internal team through a series of layered security. Essentially, it's stored somewhere in a magical box far, far away from our eyes and the eyes of others.
Help! My app doesn’t seem to be working.
You may need to try restarting your device, by doing this the device closes all programs and restarts the operating system.
Next, you may need to go to your device's settings and allow access to the app to access the microphone, library etc. If after all these and your app still doesn't work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be happy to help!
If I have any other issues, who can I contact?

My device doesn’t have enough storage capacity to download more books. What can I do?
If you find yourself running out of storage space, you may have to delete some books that you aren’t reading at the moment or have already read. Unfortunately, books on the app can’t be stored in an external device.
